BUDZ

WEED, Inc. (OTC: BUDZ) is a Tucson, Arizona-based company specializing in the cultivation and harvesting of cannabis and hemp. Their focus encompasses research, product development, processing, manufacturing, and the sale of both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products aimed at the medical cannabis and hemp markets. Originally incorporated in 1999 as United Mines, Inc., the company rebranded to WEED, Inc. in February 2015.

As of February 23, 2025, WEED, Inc.'s stock is trading at $0.0333, reflecting a 3.7% increase from its price of $0.0321 at the beginning of the year.  Despite this modest uptick, the stock remains at a low price point, indicating potential volatility and risk for investors.

In December 2021, the company announced the acquisition of a 43-acre property in Buffalo, New York, intended for a BioScience Research Center, signaling plans to expand into the New York cannabis market.

However, recent updates on this project are not readily available, and the company's current operational status appears limited, with only two full-time employees reported.

Investors should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence, as the company's low stock price, limited workforce, and scarce recent public information may raise concerns about its financial health and operational viability.
